翟进辉，博士，从事新型功能材料的理论设计、物性预测与调控、结构性能关系及高压条件下的新结构、新现象、新机理的研究工作，主持省级科研基金1项参与国家自然科学基金多项。在《Journal of Alloys and Compounds》、《European Physical Journal Plus》、《Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter》等国内外刊物发表学术论文5多篇，其中SCI收录5篇。授权实用新型专利1项。
